When a global EPC player found organisational gaps in its supply chain team, Lanark stepped in to staff the required resources, set up processes and collaboration cycles, and implement a tailor-made warehouse management system (WMS).
The challenge?
Following an organisational change, a global EPC leader discovered significant gaps in the supply chain team. Since this team supported major construction projects, action had to be taken.
Lanark’s solution
Lanark staffed an operational team handling expediting and warehousing. Also, the Lanark supply chain engineers defined and implemented the required processes and collaboration cycles with the internal stakeholders.
The Lanark team implemented system solutions to support the initial processes (O365 based). In addition, Lanark developed, implemented and supported a bespoke WMS.
