Who

• A problem solver who loves to be on that borderline between supply chain operations and IT
• A project manager who believes the succes of a project is measured by the lasting improvement in customer service and operational efficiency (not by the number of meeting invites and board reviews)
• Aching to go out on the floor when acting as subject matter expert or unable to stop improving processes when leading a team
• A medior eager to further grow as both supply chain expert and people manager or senior looking to coach others and represent Lanark at different customers

 

Skills

• Mix of roles in supply chain and logistics, ideally both in operations and in capability or project management – think 5 to 15 years experience
• Strong communicator, whether on the shop floor or in the board room
• Strong IT and systems affinity
• Fluent in English and either Dutch of French, extra languages are a plus
